It's fake. I see the Raleigh News and Observer almost daily, and there is always a picture where that headline is situated. The font is not quite right either. Also, you can search the News and Observer back to 2004 online, and there is no reference to a morgue shooting. So, funny, but fake.

Sometimes I wonder how our "journalists" today passed freshman journalism, much less managed to get a job. At least this screw-up was hilarious.
